About Me

I'm a French Maman of a baby girl named Margaux, who stole my heart faster than I could say "Bonjour!".

We moved from Paris, France, to New York, where I found myself being asked many questions from fellow moms on feeding bébé, sleep issues and meal schedules, among other baby subjects. It seems the little one in America wakes up before the crack of dawn, eats all day long and is often "very active" in public spaces - while Margaux sleeps until 7am, 11hrs of sleep, eats everything I feed her, has 4 meals a day and goes to every restaurant behaving better than most adults there.
Surely, I thought, there must be tricks to share.
So here's my diary of French bébé recipes, good finds for maman & bébé, dressing up bébé French style and feeling good as a mother in general.

Hope you will enjoy the ride - it is one free of cheerios, TV, iPhones, and apple juice, but filled with homemade food, a good night's sleep, and a laughing, happy baby.

Here's to all the happy, healthy, wonderful little ones everywhere.

A La Maud
x
